Instrumax and its related entities (hereinafter referred to as "Instrumax" or "we") attach great importance to your privacy. We have formulated this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose, protect, store, and transmit your personal data.

- I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
- (I) How We Collect Your Personal Information
- When you use our products and services, you may need to provide personal information. You are not required to provide personal information to us, but in some cases, if you choose not to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the relevant products or services, nor respond to or resolve the issues you encounter.
- We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes stated in this Policy. The following examples illustrate the personal information we may collect:
- Account information. When you create an Instrumax account, you may provide us with your personal information, including username/mobile phone number, email address, password, or other information related to account security settings.
- You may choose to provide us with other information on your personal information page, such as gender, date of birth, occupation information, and other information. When you register/log in using a third-party account, we will obtain from the third party your public information such as avatar and nickname, as well as other information you have authorized.
- Contact information. When you place an order with Instrumax or seek customer service, you may provide us with contact information, including name, alias, email address, shipping address, and contact number.
- Payment information. When you place an order or conduct financial transactions using Instrumax products and services, you may choose to use the payment services provided by third-party payment institutions (including WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay, collectively referred to as "payment institutions") that we cooperate with.
- The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.
- Photos, videos, and files. Without your consent and affirmative action, Instrumax will not automatically collect your photos, videos, and file content.
When you upload your photos, videos, or other file content while using Instrumax products and services, we may collect and store such content, including EXIF data related to the photos or videos.
If such content contains third-party information, before uploading such content to Instrumax, you should obtain any necessary or appropriate consent from the third party and inform the third party of this Privacy Policy.
(II) How We Use Your Personal Information
- We will use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To operate and provide Instrumax product and service functions, verify and manage Instrumax user accounts, provide services and information you request, and process and deliver items and rewards related to promotional activities that may be offered by Instrumax from time to time.
- We will process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any preferences you express through Instrumax products and services (including Instrumax applications).
- To understand and analyze usage trends and preferences, improve Instrumax products and services, and develop new products, services, features, and functions.
To contact you for administrative purposes, including providing information (including customer service).
We may send direct marketing information related to products and services provided by us and third parties we cooperate with, including information on promotions and event updates. If you are a natural person or consumer, we will only send you direct marketing information with your consent or within the scope permitted by law.

- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse of power, security risks, and technical issues that may harm our users, us, or the public.

- Any other purpose disclosed to you when we collect your information or with your prior consent.
- We will aggregate the personal data we collect, such as the number and frequency of your visits to our website and applications, to generate metrics and statistics. We use aggregated data to help us understand website usage and improve its usability, as well as the quality and availability of the products and services we provide.
- To comply with applicable laws.
- (III) You fully understand that under the following circumstances, we have the right to collect and use your personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent:
Related to national security and national defense security. Related to public security, public health, and major public interests. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments. To protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
- The collected personal information is publicly disclosed by the personal information subject to the public. Your personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.
- Necessary for signing a contract according to your request. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services, such as discovering and handling faults of the products and/or services. Necessary for legal news reports.
- Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research based on public interest, and when providing academic research or description results externally, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified.
- Your personal information may contain personal sensitive information, such as your race, religious belief, personal health status, sexual orientation, etc. When you use our products or services, you may upload or publish such sensitive information on public channels. - II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

- However, if local laws treat IP addresses or similar identification marks as personal information, we will also treat such identification marks as personal information.

- (II) Web Beacons/Pixel Tags

(IV) Do Not Track
Many web browsers have a Do Not Track feature that sends a Do Not Track request to websites. Currently, major Internet standards organizations have not established policies regarding how websites should respond to such requests.
We do not change the data collection and use practices detailed in this statement based on your "Do Not Track" settings or other "opt-out" settings or features that your browser may provide. However, we reserve the right to change data processing practices in the future without notifying you.
III. How We Use SDKs
To provide and optimize our services, our App may embed third-party SDKs. These third-party SDKs may collect your personal information while cooperating with us to provide you with more comprehensive services.
We will take necessary measures to control the collection and use of your personal information by such third-party SDKs to ensure effective protection of your personal information. For information on the identity of third parties, the purpose of collection, and links to third-party privacy policies, please refer to Appendix I: Third-Party SDK Description of this Policy.
IV. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
(I) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Instrumax, except in the following circumstances:
Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
Sharing under legal circumstances: We may need to disclose your personal information as required by laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation, and/or requests from public institutions and government departments. We may also disclose information about you if disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance.
Sharing with our affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliates. We will only share necessary personal information and will be bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate changes the purpose of processing personal information, it will seek your authorization and consent again.
- Sharing with authorized partners: We may share your order information, account information, device information, and location information with third parties such as partners to ensure the successful completion of the services provided to you.
- However, we will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary to provide the services.
- (II) Transfer
- Transfer refers to the process of transferring control of personal information from us to another personal information controller. We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

We take all reasonably practicable measures to ensure the minimization of personal information collection and do not collect personal information unrelated to the purpose. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement, unless an extension is required or permitted by law.
- We use security technologies such as encryption technology and de-identification technology to ensure the confidentiality of data transmission and storage. We use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data and servers storing data.
- We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; and based on business needs and personnel levels, we control the number of authorized personnel and implement hierarchical permission management for authorized personnel, with regular audits by administrators.
- We conduct security and privacy protection training courses, tests, and promotional activities to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
- The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. VI. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee your rights to exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:
(I) Access and Correct Your Personal Information
You have the right to access and correct your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your data access rights, you can do so through the following methods:
Account information – If you wish to access or edit personal data and payment information in your account, change your password, add security information, or close your account, you can perform such operations by accessing the relevant pages such as personal data or change password on our website or application.
However, due to security and identity identification considerations or mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information provided during registration.
(II) Delete Your Personal Information
- When we have no reason to continue using your personal information under the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information:
- The processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
- We have stopped providing products or services, or the retention period has expired.

- Please note that due to applicable laws and security technology limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems. (III) Withdraw Consent
General situation
You can withdraw the consent previously granted to us for specific purposes by submitting a request, including the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information held or controlled by us.
Depending on the specific service you use, you can contact us at any time to perform relevant operations. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you make the request, and will no longer collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information thereafter based on your request.
Depending on the scope of your withdrawal of consent, it may result in your inability to continue enjoying our products or services.However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the validity of personal information processing activities previously carried out based on your consent.
If you do not wish to receive automated decisions made by us based on non-human automatic decision-making mechanisms including information systems and algorithms, including information push and marketing information sent to you, you can unsubscribe at any time through the methods provided in our emails or text messages.
(IV) Account Cancellation by Personal Information Subject
You can cancel your previously registered account at any time by sending an email to privacy@instrumax.com.cn.
We will complete the account cancellation within 15 working days. After canceling the account, we will stop providing products or services to you and delete your personal information as requested, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
(V) Responding to Your Above Requests
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
- If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint or report with regulatory authorities such as the Cyberspace Administration, telecommunications, public security, and industry and commerce.
- For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. We may reject requests that are unfounded, require excessive technical means (e.
- g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).
- Under the following circumstances, in accordance with laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:

- VII. How We Handle the Personal Information of Minors
- We believe that supervising minors' use of our products or services is the responsibility of parents or guardians. However, we do not directly provide services to minors, nor do we use minors' personal information for marketing purposes. We consider anyone under the age of 14 as a minor.
If we discover that we have collected personal information of a minor without prior verifiable parental consent, or if you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has submitted personal information to us, you can contact us at any time by emailing privacy@instrumax.
com.cn to ensure that such personal information is immediately deleted and the minor's subscription to any applicable Instrumax service is canceled.
VIII. How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Globally
We will store personal information collected and generated during operations within the mainland of the People's Republic of China in data centers in mainland China, except for cross-border transfers permitted by applicable laws.
IX. Storage Period of Your Personal Information
(I) General situation
Generally, we retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes for which you have authorized the use, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or with your separate authorization and consent. After the aforementioned personal information storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
X. How This Policy Is Updated
We will regularly review the privacy policy based on business and technical changes, and we may update this Privacy Policy. If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through pop-up windows in the mobile device application so that you can understand the information we collect and how we use it.
