IM-Flash Series: Filter Vials

IM-Flash filter vials provide a fast and simple solution for HPLC and UHPLC sample filtration and preparation. Compared with other methods, filter vial operation takes only about one third of the time required by traditional methods.
There is no need to purchase separate syringes, sample vials, or caps, so the number of consumables used is greatly reduced. The simple steps also help reduce sample loss, giving users a new level of convenience and efficiency.
Each IM-Flash filter vial consists of an outer tube, a cap and septum, and an inner insert tube. A 0.2 µm or 0.45 µm membrane is installed at the bottom of the inner insert tube. During use, add the sample to the outer tube, insert the inner tube into the outer tube, and press down.

The filtrate passes upward through the membrane into the inner insert. Air is vented through the small hole at the top until the locking ring seals the whole device. Once the two parts are assembled, the vial dimensions are compatible with autosamplers.Pre-slit cap septum
